Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21st, 1956) is an actress from Canada and the United Kingdom. popular for her part as Samantha Jones in the HBO series Sex and the City for which she was awarded five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. The same character was played by her in the films Sex and the City 2008 and Sex and the City 2 2010. The actress was also the main actress on the film Police Academy Big Trouble In Little China Mannequin & Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often linked to her HBO sitcom Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones. A noted actress Cattrall's portrayal of the character of Samantha Jones has been a significant event in her career. It was not just amongst her national audience but she also became a global star. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. She's best known as the actress who played La Dolce Vita in the film comedy drama. It was a huge critical as well as commercial success, and it won the Golden Palm and Oscar at Cannes Film Festival 1960. Her birthplace was in Skane, Sweden and was a model prior to when she began her acting career. She went on to win in the Miss Sweden contest. After she left Sweden for the US and starred in a variety of movies as a minor role and her career began to take off. Her first appearance was in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in the role of a Venusian. The film was later awarded the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category after being featured in the movie Blood Alley.
